Happy thanksgiving!

It's often easy to take for granted the little luxuries we enjoy – like waking up in a bed each day or having music to enjoy and art to admire, and most of us have a huge choice of what food we eat – and if we want to eat three times a day, we will!

Thanksgiving is all about consciously and gratefully reflecting on these simple comforts and humbly ‘giving-thanks’ in unity to celebrate what we have.
